October 5, 2020: Bobby Russ
Renee was one who loved animals. She would watch cat videos seeing cat fails, cats being cute, and much more. She wanted a cat for years, but I always discouraged it for a few different reasons. One of them being how allergic she was to cats. Everytime she would be around one for any extended amount of time, she would have trouble breathing and would feel absolutely miserable. It is one of those sad truths in some ways. She had such a kind heart and wanted to be with things at times that she couldn't be.
With that said, I joined Ifunny to find cat memes or pictures for her. Things to make her heart sing and her smile brighten the world. She was one who could laugh and smile through all the trials and tribulations that came through. I still find myself unconciously searching for a cat meme for her. I have a huge saved collection that I had for her that I was slowing pushing to her for her enjoyment. It's the irony of the world we live in at times.
So, when you see that next cute cat picture, just know that Renee would have smiled at it. Her joy was infectious and we are all truly honored to have been able to share that.
