Oh Renee,where do I start. We met through work. I was the new girl and you accepted me straight away. I met you family beautiful girls and Phil. ☺️I can only imagine the extraordinary life you're living now with Jesus. Free of pain and fear. Just harmony and peace. You rest easy my friend and I'll see you again someday.

Renee, 
You were always a solid second opinion when I needed one.  When I wanted to make sure something was on the right path, you were there.  When I was leaving, you convinced me to pause a bit and return.  Always lots of laughs, and I was blessed to meet you, and can say unequivocally that you were a light in the dark world.  I happened to look up this page here with Thanksgiving upcoming, just to stop by and give thanks for your life, and for allowing me to share even such a small portion with you, between games and realities.
There is always next life, and I'll see you then.

You are much loved and much missed. Sorry I never got the chance to know you.

A year has passed since you were taken from us.  You will never be forgotten and your memories cherished.  I light this symbolic candle in memory.

Renee (Lady Lia), I've been to the page a few times but never said anything. You were such a lovely soul, and although I only knew you through a game you were a genuine friend and I do miss you.

Renee, I wish I knew how to word this better. I really do. You and I started as nothing more than folks connected through Secfenia and a Skype discussion for BDR. Over time we began discussing more and more things. We talked about everything from the personal to the details of games, our day to day life and our aches, pains, and fears. I was so worried when you called to tell me about the thyroid issues. I remember when we spent hours talking about our top fears, yours was your surgery and you made me promise to help keep an eye on things while you were getting taken care of. I think I cried more than you did. I probably looked insane. Crying my eyes out because YOU were having issues. It was silly really. I knew, without a doubt, you would be okay. But you seemed to know how to set me off in tears. We laughed ourselves silly at my over emotional mess. You were one of those friends I could talk to about anything. You never made me feel bad. I'm sorry. I'm so sorry I wasn't a better friend. I'm sorry I wasn't there more. But I'm forever thankful for you being in my life. And i'm thankful to all the things you taught me.

You were an absolute joy to talk to. Though we did not talk often, you always helped me see the light. You are much missed. 

I'm so sorry for your family and will miss you in game.

RIP Dear Reene.  ♡

I only ever knew her as Aingeal, and she seemed to love helping others a great deal. Whenever she entered a tavern, you knew she was there and the atmosphere would brighten while she was there. She had a ready smile and a quick wit and I would have loved to have gotten to know her better behind the screen, but I am grateful that she entered my life even if only for a brief moment. Be at peace, Renee. You will be missed.

Sorry to hear about Renee's passing. Though we never played together in BattleMaster, I've heard nothing but great things from others. She will be dearly missed.

The world lost someone good. Sometimes it's hard to think about life on the other side of the screen. We lose touch, and hopefully come back. Those returns may be quiet, but there's a sense of relief at a familiar name on the screen.

Renee, you were a wondeful person, and even though you're taking a long break from your communities, we'll hold on to the laughs, the stories, and the long term effects of sleep deprivation until we can interact once again, as is the lot for our type of gamers.

Renee, I never got to meet you in person, but I know enough about you through our interactions in Battlemaster to be certain that, wherever you are now, that place has earned a caring, noble and loving new inhabitant. Thank you for the many letters and roleplays, thank you for keeping me company in my sleepless nights, thank you for sharing your time and attention with so many of us to paint with the colors of your love and friendship everything we built together. To you, Renee, may you rest in peace and patiently wait until you get to meet your loved ones again. To her family and friends, my deepest condolences, and those of all of us at the Battlemaster community that had the fortune to meet her and enjoy her presence and magnificent writing.

While not in the same server on Game of Sultans, she was a member of the Coalition that was foraged between multiple unions on multiple servers. On behalf of S56 Eternal Genesis and the entire Eternal Genesis community and family, our thoughts and prayers will be with the family and friends.

I first came to know of you as a character switching allegiance from an enemy realm (in BattleMaster). My character being who he was remaining ever distrustful, even as his closest friend welcomed your character into the realm.

Getting to know you as a player in IRC over many laughs. I can reflect back upon much character development and storybuilding with other roleplayers. I'm not the best for words with such matters, but our times listening to one another's struggles, particularly at a point I needed it.

I know we hadn't talked much lately, life being what it was, but it was always good to hear from you once in a blue moon. As we do, assuming you'll be there, returning to our community as players do in the cycle of life, or continuing our on and off again chats via text. And then to face that sudden realization that that story is written.

Well, I guess my point is that the world will be at a loss for a caring, creative, comedic person, the BattleMaster Community at a loss for a world-building player on top of your empathetic, inventive, humorous personality, and I will be at loss of a friend who took the time to care, even when I may not have not been particularly expressive.

I played Game of Sultans with Renee for two years, she was such a beautiful soul.  I loved talking with her, laughing with her. She was fiercely loyal, honest, and genuine person. 
 

On behalf of her union mates in Ragnarok, we will be praying for her family. We loved her and will miss her so much. 
 

Thank you, Renee, for being our Queen. Rest In Peace, Love. 

Always kind, she helped me through more than one hard time.  She was always compassionate and caring.  There will always be a missing peice in my heart now that she is gone.

I am still shocked by thx loss of Renee aka Aingeal of Secfemia. Although we did not know each other well,

I am always shocked when someone young and so full of life is taken before their rightful time. However, I 

feel certain she is in God's hands of protection, is well cared for until her family and friends see her once again.

Those we love and lose are always connected by heartstrings into infinity. Rest in Peace. 

She was an awesome person. You will be missed.

She was truely some good company in the tavern when she had the time to drop by and share in our fun and laughter and crazy stories that everyone is part of in this world she was part of building.

I am so sorry for your loss. I have no words. All i can do is hope that the Secfenia game can be a reminder of the good a person can bring to folks she may have never known, who were touched and took comfort and refuge in this world that she helped build. She will live on in our hearts and in our memories.

I surely didn't know her as well as many others but it was always a JOY to see her name in the online list. She was always a helpful and caring person. Seeing her online was like "Oh its Aingeal" which brought a smile and a warm feeling.
