One of the things I will always remember about Renee is how proud she was of her girls. From the day that I first spoke to Renee until the end, she always found things to be proud of. There are a number of accomplishments over the years that I got to watch her enjoy and share in.
One of the things she was also proud about was the girls bowling. She had several of their badges/trophies for different things they achieved. It was one of the things that the girls both loved to do and at one time Renee herself participated in. While I never got to bowl with her, I do remember all the times she would talk with her girls about how they did in the leagues.
These are special memories that I got to share with Renee. I can't count how many times phone calls, pictures, etc were shared. She was so proud of what her girls achieved and I am thankful that I got to share in it as well.
Time can remove certain aspects from our lives without us choosing, but the memories that we gained are something that I know I hold on tightly too. I can not express how much she was proud of her girls bowling (and so many other things). Everytime I look at a bowling alley I am reminded of the good memories that I got to share in.
